This website is operated by Western Ave Pharmacy ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our products

We sell over-the-counter medicines, vitamins & supplements, personal care items, convenience goods, and beer & wine. Product information on this site is for general reference and is not medical advice — always read labels and consult your pharmacist or physician with questions. This site does not dispense or fulfill prescription medications.

Age-restricted products (21+)

Beer and wine may only be purchased by adults 21 or older. Valid government-issued ID is required at pickup or delivery handoff. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone unable to present valid ID, and the alcohol portion of such orders will be refunded minus any applicable fees.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Sales tax is applied as required by California law.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery is available in our local service area; free local delivery applies on qualifying orders over $35, and a $6.99 delivery fee applies to orders of $35 or less. Orders placed by 6:00 PM are typically delivered same day. In-store pickup is available during business hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM).

Returns

Sealed, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days — see our Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Western Ave Pharmacy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased, beyond the amount paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
